[mythtv-users] Can't get mythfilldatabase to refresh

I deleted my channels and capture card. Re-added them all back.  Use
scte65scan to produce a channel list.  My tuners can tune fine.  However, I
am having the issue where mythfilldatabase is refusing to fill in the EPG
data for this week.  The first data that it fills in is May 11th and then
May 12th, and that's it.

I tried multiple things:
mythfilldatabase --dd-refresh-all
mythfilldatabase --refresh-today
mythfilldatabase
truncating the program table, then running mythfilldatabase

Nothing seems to work.

Looking at the log, no matter what offset (Apr 30th) it tries to grab, when
it completes the grab, it gets the same date May12th:
