I have read from other threads that Time Warner marks most channels Copy
Once (CCI 0x02) or Copy No More (CCI 0x01) or Copy Never (CCI 0x03). Sadly
that all the DRM stuff that Linux just not good at (ATM).

It could be that.  Or I could be completely wrong because I'm still picking
things up in regards to MythTv.
