If you don't delete your source, then there's no point in running 
mythfilldatabase again. Nothing is lost. The schedule info is keyed against your 
source, not your tuners.

By all means delete tuners (which will automatically remove the links to your 
source) and re-add them. I've done this a number of times and haven't lost any 
schedule info.
