The names have always had to be unique & different to internal mode
pool..

The recent driver has meant to have resolved the twinview fake refresh
rate metamode nonsense (the integer refresh rates 50, 51, 52..)

Weird modelines.. looks like someone has set the refreshrate & then set
pixel clk to max, & then solved for width.

Those modevalidation/UseEDID options can be prefixed with "CRT-1:"
