I'd recommend doing a complete backup ( 
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Database_Backup_and_Restore ), then a full 
restore ( 
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Database_Backup_and_Restore#Replacing_an_existing_database 
), and see if that fixes the issue (which is almost definitely with the 
data files--assuming you don't have a *very* buggy version of MySQL 
installed).
