[mythtv-users] How to force redownload of fan art?

The drive containing my recordings' and videos' fan art died. I've
recreated the directories, but how do I force mythmetadatalookup to
redownload the art? (I've tried --refresh-all-artwork.) If that isn't
possible, how do I flush the metadata from the database to start over,
so mythmetadatalookup will not try to look for art that isn't there?
