[mythtv-users] Gainward GeForce 8400GS 1GB - suitable HD playback?

John, Did you have trouble getting the HDMI to work with this card?
I have 12.04 Mythbuntu and cannot for the life of me get this to
output via the HDMI to my Samsung TV via a Pioneer Receiver! I had the
GT430 in another PC working fine via same receiver and TV… so it's
gotta be a setting or something!!?!
But no -  Nothing, zero, nada! After 3 days of trying anything and
everything, I'm about to throw the whole PC out the window !

Do you mind helping me out ? Perhaps send me a copy of your Xorg.conf ??
I have no idea what I can do…
I followed a few ideas from the google searches

but nothing works for me…. it's the last step in getting my completely
silent front end working again!
Help?!!
