[mythtv-users] Blocky MPEG4 transcode with version .25

Hi,

I am getting some really annoying blocky artifacts when converting from
over the air 1080i to 720p MPEG4 using the built in transcoder. I have
tried a few different settings and nothing seems to make a difference, lots
of googling has come up with nada as well.  Can anyone share a config that
works for them with version .25 ?
