I forgot to mention:
Unmodified grabbers are working OK on my BE server host (here I have 
python2.7).
On FE hosts I have python 2.6 and here I have mentioned problem.
As commenting line 15 causes grabbers are working OK on 2.6, I assume my 
2.6 install is OK as time.tzset works (at least grabbers are not 
reporting any error).
Why 2.6 reports error with line 15 - I don't know.
