Fix your Playback Profile in frontend settings under Video 
Settings|Playback, 3rd screen.  I'd recommend you choose either the Slim 
Playback Profile group or--if you have VDPAU support--one of the VDPAU 
ones (perhaps start with VDPAU Slim then test the others if Slim works).
