Yep. I'd forgotten I had to do that for ITV HD as well. I ended up running the 
grabber script once more with --configure and choosing 'all' to get a complete 
list of everything, then using the London ITV HD line out of that. Seems to work...

Don't forget that the transmitting power of the HD multiplex may be lower than 
that of the SD muxes. You may need an amp or to make sure your aerial is 
accurately positioned. The tuner just dumps the transmission to disk, so I'm not 
sure about the different sensitivity of an HD tuner vs. SD but the different 
format (H264 vs. MPEG2-TS) may be less resilient to glitches.
