[mythtv-users] What keeps nulling my config.xml file?

MythTV was also changed for 0.26 so that it doesn't rewrite the
config.xml file on every application start (which is what results in the
file sometimes being truncated, when multiple applications are started
at the same time--such as for lots of preview generation). Now it
should only rewrite the config.xml if it needs to change something in it.
