[mythtv-users] What keeps nulling my config.xml file?

The issue that was fixed in the 0.26 packaging was us looking for the
old config.xml file, not the new layout. The format was changed in
0.26 which is what caused the needed change. 0.25 uses the old
version, so that isn't the same issue.
