[mythtv-users] Cant add channel linup on fresh installs

mythtv-setup before ANY updates, after system updates, after updating to
.25 +fixes, after .26+fixes. I have plenty of space... to me at this point
the only thing I havent ruled out is something weird with schedules
direct, that's why I was curious if anyone had done a clean install within
the last week and fetched a lineup.
