http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/10023 has a patch for time search
that could use some testing for side effects. (worksforme)

At ~50kb per program, ~50 programs per day and ~100 channels you're
looking at 250 Mb per day or 3.5Gb per 14 days (SD) of guide data.
(I just picked random numbers that add up, I was seeing something
between 1,5GB and 2,5GB for time search with real world data IIRC)
