[mythtv-users] Larger Font For Program List

I have a family member who is unable to read the font sizes used by
MythTV.  As far as I can tell my DPI/etc settings are all fine - the
fonts are likely being rendered at the intended sizes but they're just
too small, especially on an SD TV that is small by today's standards.

In the past I've gotten around this by modifying some of the theme
files to universally increase the font sizes.  However, this causes
all kinds of issues since text tends to get truncated all over the
place.  Setting a recording rule when half of the choices appear to be
identical, for example, is annoying.

Really the only place that it is a problem is the program listing -
they're not going to be setting up recording rules and such.  Is there
a straightforward way to increase the font size on that screen only?
Alternatively, are there any themes designed for individuals with
visual disabilities?

If not I can just re-hack the theme files each time I upgrade.  Alas,
I did not keep good notes the last time...  :)
