Maybe I wasn't clear:
- The Prime and STB via Firewire decrypt the encrypted channels without issue.
- All of the channels I subscribe to are copy-freely.

The CableCard makes it possible to record encrypted content with
MythTV, as long as it's CCI Copy-Freely.
