And make sure you stop there.  The next step is 'jump to cutpoint' and 
you'll lose the last few seeks if you hit that too.  It lies in wait for 
me and still catches me quite often.  It's useful to have, but it 
duplicates Page Up/Page Down and if I built for myself I would scrap it. 
  Maybe it's there for editing with a remote - I use the keyboard.
