Okay, just noticed this lil' tidbit on the lossless_cut wiki page:

"Beta test status update (Fri, 09 Nov 2012 11:46):
v0.1.8 Added small feature:
KeyFrame Adjust now automatically generates a cut list when it is
empty and there is a skip list. Saves the manually effort of loading
the skip list through the MythTV edit UI."

Don't think I'm a fan of this addition. Would be if commercial
flagging was 100% accurate.
