That is exactly what I thought.

Also this example is not very good.

A more realistic rule is for example the 18:00 journal.
This journal some times shows on a other %ned% channel during for 
example Olympics.
this justifys the use of "AND channel.callsign like '%ned%' "
Other programs for examle  shift a bit in time for whatever reason.
This explains the start-time rules.

I don't see this flexibility in the user interface web.

And ones you are used to power rules...
