Perhaps not a criminal offence (at least in the non-commercial 
context of this list), but potentially leading you to be defending a 
civil tort. That may change if the courts suddenly develop an 
outbreak of common sense - don't hold your breath on that.

Scroll down to the bottom of that page, and you'll see that it may be 
a criminal matter rather than civil - if it's willful and for 
financial gain. I think you'll find that the argument is along the 
lines of : if you teach someone how to do something illegal, you are 
an accomplice to those illegal acts.

Even if what you are doing actually is legal, as Jedi points out - it 
won't stop you having your domain taken down by one of those "shoot 
first, don't even ask questions, and no need to worry about 
repercussions for lying" take-down notices. It will then be for you 
to prove your innocence in a system where it's assumed you are guilty 
by accusation.
