Right. The confusion here is (once again) that a Storage Group is just
a name for a list of directories. Too many people think that "Storage
Group" means directory. It does not. :)

has an example of Storage Groups and directories.
So, basically, you need one or more Storage Groups, such that those
Storage Groups contain directories, which provide access to multiple
file systems, ideally such that you have as many file systems available
as you will do concurrent recordings. So, if you're doing 20 concurrent
recordings, you'd ideally have 20 file systems available within the
Storage Group(s) you use, which means you'd have at least 20 directories
specified within the one Storage Group.
