I was getting this error because I stuck the mythcut directory under
mythweb. It works fine from the root of the http directory. Any tips on
how I can keep this under mythweb?

I am playing around with .12 and this is excellent. Now I can cut shows
while all my myth boxes are occupied. How do I identify keyframes?
Mythtranscode seems to cut more accurately at keyframes.
