No.  In http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/8075 , there is a patch that 
used to add channel group functionality to MythWeb ( 
mythweb_guide_channelgroups.diff ), but it no longer works due to 
changes to MythWeb and the PHP bindings.

If anyone would like to update the patch to work with current 
0.25rc1/master, I will ensure it goes in after the 0.25 release.  And, 
since MythWeb isn't compiled code, users could apply the patch, 
themselves, to 0.25-fixes package-based installs.

If you do update it, please feel free to attach the updated patch, then 
please reply to this message to let me know that you've updated it.
