nonsense to you!
with <0.25 I used the directory tree and so I did not have all the
artists in my library in one giant list. even if I did it was possible
to break it up into sections. no longer. now if I want to choose a
specific artist I have to scroll through the whole list.

Also, this new version does implement a filtered approach, that may
still not make it much easier if you have a lot of artists in a
particular genre.
