[mythtv-users] Upgrade to MythTV-0.24.2 broke nuvexport (again) on Gentoo

The problem with nuvexport is that it uses ffmpeg on the command line, 
and the ffmpeg command line likes to change significantly and 
frequently.  To correct for this, MythTV now builds its own 'mythffmpeg' 
binary, using the internal snapshot of the ffmpeg libraries, allowing 
for a static command line that will be valid for at least a single 
MythTV release.

Alternatively, the internal transcoder can currently output MPEG4ASP, 
which is very similar to Xvid, and would just require re-multiplexing 
into something other than Nuppelvideo.  Or, you may be able to get the 
new HLS code to output Xvid directly.
