These are the permissions as seen by the SBE.  The directories are mount via 
smb...

mount -t cifs -o 
username=USER,password=PASS,rsize=8192,wsize=8192,noatime,_netdev 
//192.168.25.30/mythtv_storage1 /mythtv_storage1
