I think you hit that one on the head. Also, those T&C are likely not valid
or legal in all places.
This is the same situation than libdvdcss. Some can't support it because of
where they are, others can legally support it from other countries.
User gets to decide what applies to them, developers are not resentful of
one another, and everyone wins :)

Note that I asked on the -users list, no the -dev list, so I was asking
fellow users for their experience, not myth devs to help me not use some of
the code they wrote, along with some of the code they did write :)
Either way, I have my answer, just pointing out that no disrespect was
meant.
