The (quite active) repo is at: https://github.com/MythTV-Themes/TintedGlass

and you could contact the author, Harley Peters, through github (or by 
searching the MythTV lists for his name :).  But you may want to look 
through his changes/test a newer version to see if some of what you want 
has been done, already.
