[mythtv-users] cxd2820r: i2c wr failed (PCTV Nanostick 290e)

Hi list

I'm still having lots of problems with my PCTV Nanostick 290e. I'm not
expecting the MythTV list to fix this for me (although that would be
nice!), but I'd like to know where I should report these problems so that
they can be investigated.

I'm happy to provide whatever detail is needed, but in summary:

 - every day or two, I get the error messages logged below. I need to
   reboot the back end to clear them.

 - when the back end comes back up, 'lsusb' doesn't show the 290e. I have
   to unplug it, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in again

 - MythTV is also unaware of the 290e, although that may be because of the
   problem above. I can provide full details of what I need to do, but I'm
   not in front of the back end right now.

This is extremely frustrating. When it works, it's great! When it doesn't,
recordings fail.

To summarise: where should I report this problem?
