There's another obvious question that has to be asked, and that is, are you 
affected by the digital switchover? It might be possible for you to receive 
enough signal from your (now badly tuned) system to watch tv without it being 
capable of receiving the EIT data properly.

I'm not sure how these things work, but the question had to be asked. Simply 
put, have you re-scanned your tuners recently?
