Actually, what Canonical said was that it would sign the loader,
and that the end-user would have to place the Canonical key
into the UEFI store.  Furthermore, it said that it would have
manufactures shipping Ubuntu certified machines to include
both the Canonical and Microsoft keys in the firmware (so one
could boot both).
