Since my Leadtek card is based on the same Conexant chip cx2388x I was
looking for some info myself the other day I came across this wiki page:
http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Cx88_devices_(cx2388x)#pcHDTV

where your card is mentioned too. There are couple of links to some config
pages that might help you.
Also on the LinuxTV site you can find your card on the list of supported
devices for the cx88 module:
http://git.linuxtv.org/media_tree.git/blob/HEAD:/Documentation/video4linux/CARDLIST.cx88#l23

As it is listed under number 22 (mine is 82) it means you should see "
pcHDTV HD3000 HDTV cardid=22" (or something similar) in the syslog if the
card is properly recognized. Maybe if nothing else works you might consider
compiling the most recent module from git.
