[mythtv-users] Conflicting package for mythweb on CentOS 6

I'm trying to install mythweb onto Centos 6.2 x64 and get the error below from yum:

Transaction Check Error:
  file /usr/lib64/libtheoraenc.so.1.1.2 from install of libtheora-1:1.1.0-2.el6.x86_64 conflicts with file from package libtheoraenc1-1:1.1.1-13.el6.x86_64
  file /usr/lib64/libtheoradec.so.1 from install of libtheora-1:1.1.0-2.el6.x86_64 conflicts with file from package libtheoradec1-1:1.1.1-13.el6.x86_64
I have atrpms and epel setup as repos as suggested in the myth wiki.  Can someone suggest how to overcome this ?  (Before I start hacking away)
