[mythtv-users] Hardware Setup Suggestions

I am looking at motherboards for a mythtv front end (version 0.25).:

Zotac IONITX-P-E (fan on the CPU)
    CPU: Intel SU2300 @ 1.20GHz, passmark rating 912
    Graphics: NVIDIA ION, 16 stream processors

Zotac IONITX-T-U         (fanless)
    CPU: Intel Atom D525 1.8GHz Dual-Core, passmark rating 715
    Graphics: Next-Generation NVIDIA ION 512MB DDR3 video memory, 16
stream processors

This is to go in a bedroom so I would prefer fanless. I am planning on
mounting it on the back of the TV in a fairly open arrangement.

Any advice on whether the CPU speed on the fanless version is likely
to be a pain?

Any other options that will keep the overall cost under a few hundred $?
