Summary: No.

Per Cablelabs requirements, copy-once (or copy-never) content must
involve various DRM implementations to protect that content. MythTV
does not (and can not) implement the required DRM.

Depending on provider, copy-once or copy-never content may be
restricted to only the premium channels (HBO, Showtime, Starz, PPV,
etc.) or may include everything but the local OTA rebroadcasts.

Solutions that implement DRM (the providers STB, TiVo, or
WMC are known to implement various DRM technologies)
are allowed to record those channels (with some restrictions
depending on the content (copy-never often means the content
has to be deleted in 90 minutes or so).
