I would agree that you don't want to use the AMD integrated graphics.  
You'd be better off not getting an E-350 (or any Fusion GPU) and, 
instead, using a plain old AMD Athlon II + discrete nvidia GPU (or even 
using the E-350 + discrete nvidia GPU, with integrated AMD GPU 
disabled).  Or, for that matter, you could go with Core i3/i5 + nvidia GPU.

As far as video goes, I'll almost guarantee you'd be happier with the 
Atom + nvidia graphics than with E-350 using AMD graphics.  Note, 
though, that I am not recommending an Atom-based system.
