You probably have some other issue stopping playback. I have yesterday
tested with backend from latest mythbuntu and it plays video fine. Don't
know why it does not work for you.

If you don't tick the internal player option the app will start an intent
to play video/mpeg and android will ask you to select an external player. I
have no plans of making an all-purpose media player since I think there are
many others that does that better than me. The internal player option is
not perfekt and thus I wrote "experimental" on that option. :)

There are upnp android apps to play myth content, but I have not seen
anyone playing live TV and that was why I created this app in the first
place.

(You will see an update soon, but since it actually does work for a
mythbuntu 0.24 clean install I will make some more fixes before relasing it
to the public)
