[mythtv-users] HDHR Prime, , Comcast, CableCard, no encrypted channels

My CableCard is installed in the HDHR Prime, I believe it's activated,
but I can't receive any encrypted channels. I have these fun little
lines in my logfile:

19700101-00:08:44 CableCARD: authentication status: authentication in
progress
19700101-00:08:54 CableCARD: CableCARD: card id changed from 0 to xxxxxxxx
19700101-00:09:01 CableCARD: authentication status: authentication
success, activation needed
19700101-00:09:11 CableCARD: message:
/get_cc_url?CableCARD///apps/PhoneHome.html
20120224-16:33:10 CableCARD: time changed from Thu Jan 01 00:11:59 1970
to Fri Feb 24 16:33:10 2012
20120224-16:33:36 CableCARD: message:
/get_cc_url?CableCARD///apps/PhoneHome.html
20120224-16:47:22 CableCARD: authentication status: authentication
success, activation success

(Sorry for the line-wrap, I've fixed it before, but can't find the
setting at the moment, and I'm in a hurry.)

So it sure looks like I'm activated. But when I try to tune any
channels that I couldn't get with ClearQAM on my hvr-1600, the don't
work. In the log I have lines like this:

20120224-17:30:39 CableCARD: vchannel 9 (579MHz-6) access = unspecified
20120224-17:30:53 CableCARD: vchannel 13 (585MHz-9) access = subscribed
20120224-17:30:58 CableCARD: vchannel 13 (585MHz-9) access = not-subscribed

Channel 9 is a standard channel, channel 13 is Discovery. I've also
looked on the Tuner menu, and there is no CCI or CGMS protection.

Am I really activated, or is this some other type of problem?
Is it appropriate for me to use that Comcast number being passed around
here last year? (What was it, anyway?)

Thanks,
Dale Pontius
