[mythtv-users] recording failed system event?

Using master (v0.25pre-4525-gdcfe7b0) I was (clearly now) mistakenly
under the impression that the Recording finished system event would
trigger when a recording fails.  It doesn't.  Yet there is no event for
Recording failed.

What can I do to fire a script when a recording fails?
