The bindings are using the value of midnight, January first, 1900, as a 
default timestamp for a new, artificially created recording. It is 
assuming that value is local, and needs to convert it to UTC before it 
can be inserted into the database. Your timezone has not defined offsets 
sufficiently far back to bracket that local time, and thus is failing on 
the conversion.

What time zone are you currently using?
