I will add a small delay, probably make it easy to change, so you can 
adjust to suit.  Ill make this change when I add the function do 
download the channel info

Pretty much written this bit, it looks a bit ugly, but works.  Given 
that the file we are using looks very different to the data available on 
tv.sky.com was my motivation for this.

Thats right, I dont have one, nor do I know what it even looks like.   
Ive done many years of Tech support via phone, so am use to working "blind"
Ive taken this on as a challenge to further my python knowledge.
