Gents, I tried the various locate / ls / find commands and find nothing at
all related to 0.25. Plus there is only 1 mythbackend. And this is a clean
mythbuntu install, I did not install anything outside of apt upgrades after
base install.

I guess I'll remove and install.

It should be noted that initially, well above in the thread, I did have the
lib..0.25 but I removed it per the comments.

Exactly which packages should I uninstall to get "clean"?
