[mythtv-users] Error opening jump program file buffer - 0.26 mythtv while selecting a channel in Live tv

I'm running 0.26 and when I try to select a channel (from the guide or
directly) the live tv module crashes and displays "Error opening jump
program file buffer" over the top of the main menu.

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?
