Thanks.  Overheating could very well be it.  This is a fanless card, and
there is one big 120mm fan feeding the case from the front.  I actually had
to trim off the vent from the vid card because it wouldn't fit in that
backwards Dell Optiplex chassis.  But there are chassis vent holes directly
above it, so I'm not sure.  Maybe I'll run the FE with the side off (I have
it sitting on it's side so with the top off, it would vent up).  Maybe
that'll help.
