OK, I grabbed the recording and looked at the MHEG content. It appears
that there are several files missing from the object carousel which are
needed by the MHEG program before the red button logo can be displayed.
The important question is why are these files missing?

1. The files are not being transmitted by the BBC.
2. Your database has the wrong pid for the object carousel stream.
3. There's a bug in the MHEG code that retrieves the files.

I have noticed on a number of occasions that the carousel can be missing
files, mainly when the BBC is updating things. Retrying an hour or two
later generally resolves the issue. I don't believe this is the answer
here.

It's possible that another re-tune is necessary to get the correct
associations. The BBC are moving a number of services around at the
moment. Just recently BBC News, Alba and Parliament moved on satellite.

It's also possible that there is a bug in the object carousel handling
code that results in missing files. I have noticed odd behaviour in
this area before and have submitted several patches to fix problems.
IMHO this is probably the cause. But at the moment I'm not sure if or
where there is a bug.

IMHO you should delete all current channels and do another re-tune for
all services. If that fixes things great. If not then it's looking
like a carousel data handling bug. I'll look at the code is this area
again.

Sorry I can't provide a positive fix. It's looking like a bug but I'm
not sure where to look for the solution at the moment. I need some more
clues.
