[mythtv-users] Mixing dvb-t2 and dvb-t tuners.

i'd go against what others have said;

yes to 2 signal group thingies (1 for the dvb-t2, and another for dvb-t),
but i'd keep all channels if they are duplicate. it just means that you'll
have the ability to watch things should one of the tuners be in use.

there is a guide on scripting the channels (
http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/UK_Channel_Assignments).
i do this for DVB-S2 and DVB-T channels - completely different signal
sources but i have the option to use either card for channels that are
broadcast on both systems (eg BBC1).
i cant remember what determines the same channel - i think it's the channel
name.

as for scheduling, you could set the DVB-T tuner to +2 priority, but have HD
shows with a +4 priority. obviously the higher the priority, then it will
record on that tuner.

hope that helps..
