Looks like a simple logic error introduced with the cc extractor commit. I'll fix it as soon as I have something other than an untetherable iPhone for Internet access. In the meantime you can just remove the reference to decodeallsubtitles in AvFormatDecoder::ProcessRawTextPacket.
