I guess that means the requested log files are not relevant?

OK.  I guess I see why the first time I posted the log files didn't work.  I
tried posting them again and got a message that my email was being held
because the message body was too big (>40K)  There's no way the message body
was greater than 40K, but the attached logfile was.  I will try zipping the
files and resending.
