At least the last time I looked at my SD lineup, they had it blocked off
into several different groups, that could be enabled or disabled as one. 
Now considering there is going to be overlap between different packages,
there is no way it will line up exactly, but then it's not like you're
going to have to go through each of a thousand channels individually
either.  If the issue is that the OP simply doesn't know what all channels
he has subscribed to, well there's not much we can do to help with that.
